The Movado brand is owned by the Movado Group, a brand which is owned by Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss. The company was founded in Switzerland in 1905 and then later acquired by North American Watch Corp. in 1983. It is one of the very few brands that is actually entirely Swiss-made, as in all the manufacturing is done in Switzerland.

The brand is loved for its minimalist designs. The Museum, for example, is especially iconic and one of their most popular models. Sure, Movado is loved by millions for its understated elegance, but it isn’t a luxury brand.
